Okay, so my co-workers and I subscribe to Spanish Word of the Day. Today's word was enano (midget, dwarf, very small). It has this phrase at the bottom:
Lo pasamos como enanos.
Which they said was "we had a great time" when it is translated. I still can't figure out how the word enanos fits into that sentence. One co-worker said, "Maybe they had to have a midget to have a good time."
Our student worker said it comes closer to we have passed with midgets.

If I heard that then I'd intrepret this:
We passed him off as a midget.
