Okay, so that's way more than 13. I have...90 DVDs. Why so many? Well, because The Cop Magnet can't seem to pass up the $5 bin at Sprawl Mart.
I can't blame him. Last week, I was prowling through there...I found Girl, Interrupted. I bought it and finally watched it. I really enjoyed it. I think I read somewhere that it is based on a true story. If that's right, it is nice to read about another BPDer (borderline personality disorder) being able to live!
Leave me a comment. I will visit everyone who does (that lists their blog) to say hi. Come back anytime. Please keep in mind it might be late tomorrow evening before I get back to everyone. Feel free to read through my blog and comment on other posts. I love to read comments.
I haven't seen a bunch of those movies either. But you have to watch The Lord of the Rings, March of the Penguins, and the "original" Star Wars trilogy. They are great movies.
Have you guys ever thought about renting them through Netflix.com? We've started doing that and LOVE it! With the cold season coming, you'll have plenty of indoor time to cozy up and watch these flicks. ;)
Haven't even heard of half of those movies. I own a total of 8 DVDs (I'm a little slow). I also loved girl interrupted. Living with bipolar disorder makes me appreciate anything where people with mental illnesses aren't portrayed as baby killers.
Wow, I'm so glad to hear I'm not the only one who has at least a dozen movies in their home library that they have never seen! Mine are those that the hubby wants (violent, etc) that I am not interested in... :)
I love the LOTR movies though, so I highly recommend those :)
Elf is funny you should watch it. Hella funny. Lord of The Rings? OMG that one is great. You won't appreciate it that much if you've only watched the last movie...because you won't know what happened first. Collateral..is eh...OK..it's fine as well. Animatrix and Chicago...Chicago is nice...I thought I won't like it because I'm not a musical fan but I ended up liking it too. March of The Penguins -- very very nice, do watch it. ;)
I hear you! We have tons of DVDs we own that we have NEVER watched.
Have a great Thursday!
