I am really starting to think that the Guidelines for the Intellectually Challenged should be renamed to Guidelines for Idiotic Parents. That seems to be the over-all running theme.
If you can't afford a wedding dress, borrow something from a friend or go look around a Goodwill. Do not, under any circumstances, offer your child up as collateral. Why? Well aside from child labor laws, it's just plain bad parenting.
