Kids do stupid stuff - it's part of life. I did stupid stuff (nothing that stupid). Big Baldy did something stupid and got caught. I don't think he went to juvie or jail...but I know it scared him straight....either that or our parents beating him for it.
The program really might be a way to scare good kids away from doing really stupid stuff.
