It has nothing to do with sending them cheap vodka (they have enough of their own) or nukes! It has nothing to do with dead spies, either!!
All Bill Gates has to do is crack down on a poor school teacher who was using pirated software in his classroom. The punishment is getting sent to Siberia. Don't you think that's a bit harsh? That's like cutting off your kid's hand because he spilled his milk.
Now the Russian government is asking Gates to show them mercy. I dunno. Gates strikes me about like Metallica...no mercy.
