I just don't even know what else to say. I mean, can't you do something to get yourself dismissed do something prior to showing up to get yourself dismissed?
Not always, I lost my job (not directly becasue of, but indirectly) because I was tied up for over a month in court. Lesson learned, when they ask if you can view autopsy video SAY NO. I was juror #2 on a double homicide, wish I could have had a nip! Maybe I wouldn't have had nightmares for a year after.
I should also add that our courts did not allow us to bring in any food or drink. If we went long the balif would bring us a little cup of water if needed...
Maybe that's what he was trying to do (get himself dismissed I mean).
