The countdown begins

I cannot wait until November 16. Why, you ask? Because that is Statehood Day and I, as a public servant, get the day OFF. To double the fun - The Cop Magnet has to work and the kids have school! So my plan is as follows:

1. Take the kids to school.

2. Go back to sleep.

3. What ever I want!

The only thing better would be to get somebody else to take the kids to school.

I couldn't figure out why they didn't do the Centennial Parade on Statehood Day when all the kids have school off!

Our girls have like 5 days off school this month!

Not to rain in on you're parade, but we're "celebrating" all saints/souls days for the next two days, plus the Weekend, which gives us a grand total of 4 days off!

Of course, not having to take care of two kids (three if you count your husband), I'm sure you need - as well as appreciate - the day off more than I will.
