The true joys of motherhood...

I once saw a t-shirt that said something to the effect of, "Sons outgrow a mother's lap but never outgrow their mother's heart." They also never outgrow the need for mommy to bring them a glass of water to wash out their mouth after they puke all over mommy's bed.

    1. I don't know if you want your real name mentioned, so I won't. Most people who read my site know mine, but I don't "advertise" my real name.
    2. Please tell me that's not one of your kids.
    3. My mom still brings me water when I puke (if I'm at her house) and I'm 35 so nope, never to old.

    1. It isn't my name that I don't want mentioned - it's the boys' names I don't really want out.

    2. No, that's not really one of mine but when I helped DS3 with his personality collage for school, I cut out a picture of a t-shirt that said, "If I'm quiet you better find me."

    3. It sounds like you have a nice mom. :)
